Bernard Kreilmann
Chief Executive Officer
CEO Bernard Kreilmann became an Eagle Foods partner in 2019 and leads the company’s expansion strategy, focusing on organic growth and acquisitions. He has spent his entire career in the food industry, holding senior leadership positions for more than 25 years. Before joining Eagle Foods, Bernard served as CEO of Ajinomoto where he drove a major manufacturing transformation. Prior to that, he was CEO of Ferrero USA, where he led the U.S. launch of Nutella. He likes to grow businesses in a sustainable way and build organizations around people and brands.
Debbie Sebastian
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Eagle, Debbie brings over 20+ years of experience and expertise in financial leadership within the food industry. She has demonstrated a strong track record of driving strong financial growth in both topline and bottom-line. Her previous roles, which include a 15-year tenure at Unilever and most recently, Americas CFO at Upfield (PE backed CPG food company, have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of profitable transformation, strategic mindset, and cost-saving strategies. She is passionate about the strategic use of technology to enhance business partnering / decision support and deeply invested in the development and success of high-performance teams.
Mala Wiedemann
Vice President Marketing and R&D
Mala is the Executive Vice President of Marketing and R&D and a partner. Mala joined Eagle Foods in 2017 and is responsible for brand marketing, product development, regulatory, and commercialization. Her unique multi-disciplinary background showcases over 15 years of proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Mala has worked across multiple industries and is driven by revitalizing brands, driving innovation, and developing and executing sustainable growth strategies.
Rob Miller
Vice President Supply Chain & Operations
Rob is the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations and a partner. Rob joined Eagle Foods in 2018 and is responsible for end-to-end supply chain management including procurement, planning, manufacturing operations, distribution, and customer service. Prior to joining Eagle Foods, Rob spent 10 years at The JM Smucker Company where he held senior leadership positions in operations, corporate planning, and distribution. Rob started his career at Procter & Gamble, working for 14 years in a variety of assignments. Rob’s focus is on building great teams that leverage systems and data to drive outcomes.
Marco Leal
Vice President Human Resources
Marco brings over 20 years of experience developing world-class HR organizations within fast-growing consumer goods companies. Marco is a versatile human resources executive and general business leader who has developed a reputation of being “The business person’s HR leader” and a role model with respect to leadership behaviors.
Mike Grindstaff
Vice President Sales
Mike is the EVP of Sales and a partner at Eagle Foods since 2019. He leads the sales organization in pursuit of becoming the “Most Loved Food Company.” Mike has been “selling” in the food industry for 30 years, with more than 15 years in sales leadership roles. Before joining Eagle Foods, Mike was the VP of Grocery at Ferrero USA during the launches of both the Nutella and Kinder Brands in the U.S. Mike’s passion is building high-performing teams of exceptional individuals that are always open to learning and growing.
